Welcome ! This year we celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Richard Davis Foundation for Young Bassists, founded as a 501c3 in 1994.
We also honor the passing of our founder, Richard Davis this year.
Conference Schedule
The workshop activities during the day Friday & Saturday (9am-6pm) are for pre-registered young-bassists age 3-18 and their families. Due to facility security policies, only those declared as family/guardians of young bassists, volunteers, and clinicians will be admitted.
Families of young bassists under age 17 are encouraged to attend classes as a way to support their young bassist, however they are not required to be in classes with the young bassist; they may stay on site in any of the designated parent waiting areas or other lounge areas at MY Arts.

Concerts
Concerts are free (unticketed) and open to the public! Doors will open after 6pm for the 7:00 concert, which will be in the Starlit Theater on the 4th floor.
As is tradition for the conference, Friday will feature the Clinicians, and Saturday will be the All-Conference concert, designed to showcase the hard work young bassists have put in over the past two days.
